pulverized coal injection is used to grind and offer pulverized coal.It is made up of appending funnel,feeding structure.After the coal briquette is crushed and ground,it is sent to the burning furnace in powder shape.

1.Structure and principle of the Rotary Pulverized Coal Powder Coal Burner :

 The raw coal of no more than 20mm granularity is injected into the host combustion chamber through a metal hose nozzle by the pulverized coal injection machine and lighted by oil gun atomized diesel. At the same time, the air blower blow air to the combustion chamber through the annular rotary air flue on the host back cover. The air rotates forward against the inner wall andentrains high-temperature smoke flow and burns strongly with pulverized coal. The high-temperature flame flow is injected into the heating furnace by the burner.
